Quick Facts Location: 780 Swift Boulevard, Richland, WA 99352 Start Date: 08/05/2026 Duration: Full-time ongoing assignment Shift: 7am-7pm, inpatient + overnight call (beeper call) Hours/week: 84 hours (including call) with guaranteed 12 hours/day Employment Type: Contract position with potential for permanent transition License/Certs: Active WA medical license, DEA, BC or BE (within 5 years), BLS, ACLS Experience: Minimum 150 urology surgery case logs, proficiency in ureteroscopy with laser and shockwave lithotripsy Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (rate to be confirmed upon application) Pay package: Discussed upon application Benefits include: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time compliant with applicable laws Licensing, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team What You’ll Do Provide inpatient urology care during scheduled shifts Perform a variety of urology procedures including ureteroscopy, laser, and shockwave lithotripsy Participate in overnight beeper call, covering emergent cases Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care Document and maintain accurate patient records Contribute to the ongoing development of the urology service line What You Need Required: Active medical license in Washington DEA certification Board certified or eligible (within 5 years) Minimum 150 urology surgery case logs BLS and ACLS certifications Ability to perform advanced urology procedures Preferred: Experience in outpatient and inpatient settings Strong procedural skills and patient management experience About the Assignment Join a thriving team in Richland, WA, where your expertise will directly impact a diverse and growing patient population.
