Outpatient Physical Therapist
Location: Rehoboth Beach, DE
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: 40 hours per week, with some potential coverage at the Milton location.
Job Description: The Outpatient Physical Therapist will provide essential rehabilitation services to patients in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy interventions to aid in recovery and improve mobility.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluations and assessments.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Implement therapy techniques to improve mobility and function.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- BSN required; MSN preferred.
- BLS Certification required.
- Must hold a valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
