About the Role

The Compliance Specialist I plays a key role in supporting New Freedom’s compliance and regulatory efforts by helping ensure our programs operate with accuracy, integrity, and alignment to required standards.

This is a hands-on, detail-driven role that partners closely with the Quality & Compliance Director and internal teams to support audits, licensing readiness, documentation, and ongoing compliance initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment , takes ownership of their work, and values precision, organization, and follow-through.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Supporting regulatory compliance and monitoring efforts , including licensing and accreditation requirements
• Assisting with internal audits, surveys, and licensing readiness activities to ensure program compliance
• Maintaining accurate, organized, and confidential documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards
• Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and risk identification efforts
• Collaborating with internal teams to address compliance gaps and support operational readiness
• Providing administrative and project support to ensure deadlines, priorities, and compliance activities are executed effectively

• Potential risks or gaps are identified early and addressed proactively
• You are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Internal teams experience strong support and clear communication

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a structured environment

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
