Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Job Summary:

Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care in a fast-paced hospital setting. Flexibly float between units and work night shifts, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes and compliance with clinical standards.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Deliver direct patient care by monitoring cardiac rhythms and vital signs.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update patient care plans.
  
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with all licensing, certification, and vaccination requirements.
  
  
• 
  Record accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and responses.
  
  
• 
  Float between units as needed, maintaining flexibility and clinical proficiency.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold an active nursing license verification.
  
  
• 
  Possess BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications as applicable.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate proof of MMR and Varicella vaccination or valid declination/attestation.
  
  
• 
  Have previous telemetry nursing experience preferred.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and weekends as required.
