We re looking for an Associate Medical Director of Pediatrics who is energized by collaboration, inspired by community-based care, and committed to helping both patients and providers thrive.
About the Role
This role is more than a leadership title- it s an opportunity to influence how care is delivered, experienced, and improved.
You ll work alongside a dedicated leadership team to support pediatric providers, strengthen care quality, and expand innovative approaches to accessible, patient-centered healthcare.
How You ll Make an Impact
You will:
- Help guide the clinical vision and day-to-day operations of pediatric services
- Build strong relationships with providers through mentorship, coaching, and advocacy
- Support a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and collaboration
- Lead efforts that enhance quality outcomes, patient experience, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, coordinated care
- Play a key role in developing future clinicians through teaching and precepting
- Contribute to recruitment strategies and foster a workplace where providers choose to stay and grow
- Bring forward new ideas that improve workflows, care delivery, and provider satisfaction
Requirements:
- MD or DO with board certification (or eligibility) in Pediatrics
- A passion for community health and health equity
- Experience leading or mentoring clinical teams (formal or informal)
- Comfort navigating both clinical and operational responsibilities
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to team-based care
