Pediatrics Physician

You ll work alongside a dedicated leadership team to support pediatric providers, strengthen care quality, and expand innovative approaches to accessible, patient-centered healthcare. How You ll Make an Impact You will: * Help guide the clinical vision and day-to-day operations of pediatric services * Build strong relationships with providers through mentorship, coaching, and advocacy * Support a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and collaboration * Lead efforts that enhance quality outcomes, patient experience, and operational efficiency. * Partner with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, coordinated care * Play a key role in developing future clinicians through teaching and precepting * Contribute to recruitment strategies and foster a workplace where providers choose to stay and grow * Bring forward new ideas that improve workflows, care delivery, and provider satisfaction Requirements: * MD or DO with board certification (or eligibility) in Pediatrics * A passion for community health and health equity * Experience leading or mentoring clinical teams (formal or informal) * Comfort navigating both clinical and operational responsibilities * A collaborative mindset and commitment to team-based care by Jobble
