About WinWinLabs

At WinWinLabs, we run gamified product development competitions where startup teams bring a product to market. These teams are made up of professionals from various fields who unite around a mission to solve a problem. They go through an intensive five-week sprint cycle, including researching, ideating, product designing and developing, iterating, and finally presenting their Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and pitch decks to industry judges, company recruiters, and hiring managers.

Your Role as a Volunteer Graphic Designer

We're specifically seeking a talented Graphic Designer to provide invaluable assistance in the following key areas:

• Brand Collateral Development: Design and create compelling visual assets that maintain brand consistency across all our materials, including presentations, flyers, social media graphics, and website elements.

• Marketing & Campaign Visuals: Develop eye-catching graphics for various marketing campaigns, fundraising initiatives, and awareness drives. This includes creating images for Google Ads, social media posts, and email newsletters.

• Presentation & Pitch Deck Design: Help craft professional and engaging visual layouts for our internal presentations and the pitch decks used by our startup teams, ensuring clarity and visual appeal.

• Infographic & Data Visualization: Transform complex information and data into easy-to-understand and visually appealing infographics and charts for reports and public-facing content.

• Website & Digital Asset Support: Collaborate with our web team to create and optimize graphics for our website, ensuring high-quality visuals that enhance user experience.
