We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise modernization and platform consolidation initiative. This individual will play a critical role in bridging business stakeholders, subject matter experts, user experience teams, and technical architects to define requirements, analyze business processes, and drive solution design efforts.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced Agile environments, possesses exceptional facilitation skills, and has experience supporting legacy system modernization projects from discovery through requirements definition.

Skills and Requirements

7+ years of Business Analysis experience in enterprise environments.

Strong experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Proven ability to create and manage product backlogs, Epics, Features, and User Stories.

Experience leading requirements gathering sessions and stakeholder workshops.

Strong business process analysis and process mapping experience.

Experience supporting enterprise modernization, digital transformation, or legacy system replacement initiatives.

Ability to translate complex business requirements into detailed functional requirements.

Experience estimating work using story points and supporting backlog prioritization.

Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and drive analysis efforts with minimal oversight.

Experience partnering with technical teams, architects, and project leadership to deliver business solutions. Healthcare industry experience.

Experience supporting platform consolidation initiatives.

Exposure to UX/UI design processes and collaboration with design teams.

Experience with large-scale enterprise application implementations.

Knowledge of compliance-driven environments.

Experience working on customer-facing digital products or applications.

Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Lucidchart, Visio, or similar Agile and process-mapping tools.

Certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).(Preferred, not required.)
