Store Manager Wireless Zone | Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer JH Cellular Southwest & Southeast Florida

About Wireless Zone

Since 1988, Wireless Zone has grown into the nation's largest Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer franchise a three-time Verizon Agent of the Year with over 750 locations across the country and a consistent presence on Entrepreneur's Franchise 500. JH Cellular is one of its strongest operators, running 12 locations across Southwest and Southeast Florida with a team-first culture, real support, and a track record of growing people from the inside out.

The Opportunity

This isn't just a manager title. You're the heartbeat of the store. You'll own the results, develop your people, and build something you're proud of backed by one of the most recognized names in wireless retail. And unlike a lot of Verizon retailers in Florida, we pay above the market. Your effort here actually shows up in your paycheck.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop your store team every single day
  • Drive sales of Verizon's full lineup of devices, plans, and services
  • Own the details inventory, contracts, customer follow-through, and clean operations
  • Build a store culture your team actually wants to show up to
  • Stay sharp on the latest tech and competitive landscape
  • Recruit and develop the next generation of store leaders
What We're Looking For

  • 13 years of retail, sales, or customer-facing experience
  • 13 years of management or team leadership
  • High energy, accountability, and a competitive spirit
  • Someone who leads from the floor not just the back office
