We are searching for an automotive service advisor, with experience in an independent automotive repair shop, that can provide AMAZING customer service and help our customers feel comfortable that the money they are spending is an investment in their vehicle.
We do things a little differently at our shop and want someone who is
open to learning processes that have proven to create an environment that is free from chaos.
This role is very important to the success of our business. The primary job of this position is professionally presenting, and selling, the recommended services and repairs made by the technicians. And Managing the workflow through the shop.

Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a shop setting, a professional appearance, an extremely positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and an understanding that we are a team and depend on each other to succeed and grow. You also must be great with customers, motivated, and honest. The ability to retain information and build relationships with technicians are key to being successful.
We are a family owned business with two locations, Finksburg & Manchester. Our people and systems have earned us a 4.9 Google rating with over 400 reviews at each location. While our facilities may be smaller we are very efficient and stay busy and productive . Pay will vary based on ability and experience.
