Job Summary

We are seeking part-time Dietary Aides to join our team at our skilled nursing facility. In this role, you will assist with meal preparation, service, and cleanup, ensuring that our residents receive nutritious and delicious meals in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Applicants must be 18 years-old to apply. Priority will be given to those with 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare-related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, storage, and meal service

• Support cooks and dietary staff with meal tasks

• Prepare and serve snacks, salads, and beverages

• Clean kitchen equipment, dining areas, and utensils

• Follow food production sheets and sanitation guidelines

• Wash dishes and store them properly

• Ensure timely meal service and maintain kitchen cleanliness

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Must be 18 years-old to apply

• At least 1 year of experience in a large-scale food service or kitchen operation (preferred)

• 1-2 years experience in healthcare-related field (preferred)

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment
