Real Estate Transactional Attorney

Description SSL Law Firm LLP, a respected boutique real estate law firm, is seeking an experienced, motivated real estate attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions and leasing matters. This role offers the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients including developers, landlords, tenants, technology companies and institutional investors. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate real estate transaction documents, including purchase and sales agreements, commercial leases (office, retail and industrial) representing both landlords and tenants, and asset‑management related agreements Manage all stages of commercial transactions, including due diligence, title and survey review and closings Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex real estate transactions Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing transactional real estate law Strong drafting, organizational, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple matters independently and to work in a collaborative team‐oriented environment Excellent attention to detail Excellent communication skills Commitment to client service and strong desire to take ownership of matters Why Join Us?
