**Key Qualifications:**- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 4-6+ years of relevant experience in water, wastewater, Land Development or stormwater engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and designing civil plans.
- Familiarity with low impact development (LID) and stormwater quality projects.
- Strong understanding of hydrology and hydraulic modeling techniques.
- Ability to independently execute smaller projects, from engineering calculations to construction cost estimates.
- Proven skills in GIS mapping and technical report writing.
- Effective communication skills and a track record of collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. **Preferred Attributes:**
- California Civil Engineering Professional License (PE).
- Experience with green infrastructure and BMP standards.
- Expertise in drafting construction drawings for stormwater infrastructure.
