TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Mount Clemens, Michigan, 48043!
Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 3+ years required, 1+ travel assignment required License: Michigan Certifications: BLS, NIHSS, ACLS (AHA) Must-Have: Primarily ICU preferred, but can float to CVICU Description: The Registered Nurse delivers quality nursing care through the utilization of the nursing process. Works collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to maintain standards for professional nursing practice. Carries out functions according to hospital policy, the hospital mission, and standards of practice defined by professional and regulatory guidelines. Directs, coordinates, and delegates activities to foster patient and family-centered care. Assesses the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of the patient. Plans and implements nursing care according to patient and family needs. Makes appropriate interventions based on individual patient needs. Evaluates patient responses to nursing interventions. Assumes personal responsibility for quality patient care, patient satisfaction, environment, and professional development. About Cynet Health
