Job Overview Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Assignment Details Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 06/01/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility Responsibilities Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions, provide therapeutic exercise and mobility training, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, document patient progress, and support interdisciplinary teams. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Oklahoma physical therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred. Previous experience with geriatric rehabilitation, therapeutic exercise, and mobility training preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience with restorative nursing programs and care plan development preferred. Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
