In this role you'll help create a rewarding employee experience by ensuring our offerings remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with the evolving needs of our workforce. As a trusted partner to HR leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, you'll play a key role in shaping benefits strategies that support business objectives, strengthen employee engagement, and help us attract and retain top talent.Centuri is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona.
