Description

American Traveler is hiring an Electrophysiology Technologist with 2+ years of EP lab experience and RCES certification for an EP Lab position.

Details

• EP Lab unit caring for adult and geriatric patients with cardiac rhythm issues
• Monday through Friday schedule, 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM, with rotating late shifts
• No weekends or holidays required
• Must stay until all procedures are completed on late shift days, which may result in overtime
• On-call required, including late stays
• Floating required to units within competencies
• Uses Epic and Change Healthcare systems

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Electrophysiology Lab experience as a traveler
• RCES certification required on file at time of consideration
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• License required if applicable
• Experience circulating, monitoring, and performing assessments with moderate sedation required
• Scrub experience preferred
• Epic EMR experience required

• Responsibilities include circulating, monitoring, and patient assessment during moderate sedation procedures
• Scrub color provided
• Fingerprinting process must begin within 48 hours of offer acceptance
• COVID vaccine and flu shot are not required; if declined, a mask must be worn at all times except during meals
• Candidates must not have worked perm or per diem at this facility in the last 12 months
