Job Title Restaurant General Manager – Hardee's Job Overview Lead the Hardee’s restaurant team to achieve outstanding sales growth, quality, service, cleanliness, and profitability. Manage full operations, including hiring, training, inventory, labor, cash, and compliance, while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment. Responsibilities Interview and hire qualified staff in accordance with company standards and state/federal regulations. Schedule staff to meet guest flow and operational requirements. Control labor costs to align with company benchmarks. Train and develop the management team and crew using the current training system. Evaluate performance at designated intervals and design individualized development plans. Maintain a cooperative and harmonious relationship with the management team and crew. Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline when necessary. Assist with crew duties as needed. Conduct crew and management team meetings to discuss operations, promotions, safety, security, and training. Maintain adequate supply of all products and items required for restaurant operations. Control inventory to meet the company Food Cost Variance standard. Keep reports and records updated in compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Maintain building and equipment through proper operation, cleaning, and preventive maintenance procedures. Handle all cash responsibilities and ensure adherence to cash procedures. Present a professional appearance that meets company standards at all times. Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe and compliant environment for all. Exhibit actions and behaviors that reflect BNE’s Vision and Values and represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises professionally. Perform additional tasks as directed by management. Qualifications Minimum 18 years of age. Physical ability to perform job duties. Demonstrated leadership and talent recognition skills. 2‑5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager. Good references and ability to pass background check and drug screen. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong conflict‑resolution skills. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the organization. Ability to balance hands‑on work with effective delegation. Willingness to work all shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required. Benefits Weekly Bonus Program.
