Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics
- Support activations at company-hosted and community events (festivals, Kids Days, sponsorship events, etc.)
- Engage with guests in a friendly, brand-aligned manner during events
- Distribute marketing materials (flyers, rack cards, adventure guides) to assigned locations
- Support retail store teams during high-traffic event periods
- Assist with warehouse and inventory support related to event materials and supplies
- Report any on-site issues, guest feedback, or operational concerns to the Events Assistant Manager
- Follow event-day safety procedures and brand standards
