Senior Executive Recruiter

Our client is seeking a highly motivated, self-driven Senior Executive Recruiter to build and grow a Direct Hire and Executive Search practice within an established and rapidly growing staffing organization. This opportunity is designed for a true hunter—someone who thrives on creating opportunities, building relationships, winning business, and driving results. The successful candidate will not inherit a mature division or established direct hire practice. Instead, they will have the opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up while leveraging an established client base, strong market reputation, executive support, and nearly five decades of industry credibility. This role requires a full-desk recruiting professional who enjoys both the sales and recruiting sides of the business. Success will come from identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, generating new business, recruiting top talent, and creating long-term value for clients and candidates alike. Responsibilities Launch and grow the Direct Hire and Executive Search practice Develop new client relationships and generate new business opportunities Expand services within existing client accounts Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from business development through placement Recruit, qualify, and present high-quality candidates Build and maintain candidate and client pipelines Develop recruiting processes and best practices Partner with leadership on growth strategy and market expansion Drive revenue growth and help establish the long-term vision for the practice Required Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of successful staffing, direct hire, or executive search experience Direct Hire recruiting experience required Full desk recruiting experience required Proven business development and client relationship management success Demonstrated history of revenue generation and consistent production President's Club, Top Producer, or equivalent performance recognition strongly preferred Highly self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented Strong hunter mentality with a proven ability to create opportunities and win business Demonstrated ability to develop new accounts and expand existing client relationships Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow a business Executive-level communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Strong work ethic and high level of personal accountability Ability to operate independently with minimal direction Passion for growth, achievement, and continuous improvement Preferred Industry Experience Manufacturing Automotive Industrial Skilled Trades Logistics & Distribution Warehousing & Supply Chain Food Service & Food Manufacturing Pharmaceutical Candidates from outside these industries may still be considered if they possess a strong track record of direct hire recruiting, business development success, full desk production, and a demonstrated ability to build profitable client relationships.
