Shop Floor Lean Leader: Drive Real-Time Improvements

Aero Alliance

Aero Alliance, a joint venture between GE Vernova and Baker Hughes, seeks a hands-on Lean Manufacturing Specialist to drive transformation at the Jayport facility in Houston. This is not a desk job; you will work on the shop floor alongside technicians to repair engines powering ships, refineries, and power plants. Lead lean improvement projects, promote EHS and quality goals, identify waste, and apply tools like Kanban, Just-In-Time (JIT), Value Stream Mapping (VSM), 5S, FMEA, kitset delivery, #J-18808-Ljbffr Aero Alliance
