Position Overview As Territory Sales Manager, you'll partner with customers across Washington, Oregon, California, and Nevada to shape market strategies, influence customer success, and drive measurable growth. You'll leverage consultative selling expertise and deep market insight to open doors, close deals, and deliver results that elevate both customer value and company performance. Key Responsibilities * Lead Territory Growth - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets, expand accounts, and maximize revenue opportunities * Deliver Customer-Centric Solutions - Understand client operations, challenges, and goals to provide tailored, high-value solutions that improve efficiency and profitability * Drive Consultative Sales - Engage decision-makers across multiple levels, from procurement to executive leadership, building trust and long-term partnerships * Own the Sales Process - Qualify leads, conduct needs assessments, negotiate contracts, and close high-impact deals * Leverage Data & Insights - Use Salesforce and other analytics tools to track performance, forecast opportunities, and optimize sales activities Qualifications * Minimum 4 years of success in outside sales, business development, or territory management — industrial, manufacturing, or distribution preferred * Hunter mentality — skilled in cold calling, networking, and closing new business while maintaining and growing existing accounts * Consultative approach — exceptional ability to identify needs, craft solutions, and deliver results through strategic selling * Polished communication and presentation skills that influence and engage stakeholders at all levels * Willingness to travel for client meetings, including overnight trips when necessary Compensation & Benefits * Base Salary: $100K-$130K + uncapped commissions and bonuses ($25K-$50K+) * Full benefits package * Mileage reimbursement * Remote with on-site customer visits * 120+ year established brand with expansive territory across WA, OR, CA, and NV * Career growth pathways in leadership, key accounts, and strategic sales roles
