Description Machine Operator Full-Time | Monday-Friday 1st Shift: 7:40 AM - 4:10 PM Starting Pay: $19.00/hour Position Overview Total Talent Resources is seeking a detail-oriented individuals to join our precision manufacturing team. In this role, you will produce, inspect, and package small, high-quality components in a clean, organized, and safety-focused environment. This is a production-driven position with clearly defined quality and output expectations. No prior molding experience is required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing support to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities Operate small molding machines to produce precision components Trim parts using hand tools Inspect parts using magnification tools and microscopes Maintain consistent production output while meeting quality standards Identify and report defects or non-conforming products Verify product quality throughout the manufacturing process Package finished parts according to specifications Complete basic production and quality documentation Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures Qualifications Strong attention to detail and quality Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to work with small, intricate components Ability to maintain a steady pace while performing repetitive tasks Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction Reliable work ethic and positive attitude Willingness to learn and follow established procedures Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder) Associate can report any hazards and concerns to the Illinois Department of Labor by call the Department s Day and Temporary Labor Services Act toll-free hotline at View phone number on click.appcast.io or email at View email address on click.appcast.io Total Talent Resources and QFS does not provide any transportation resources or meals for our associates during any assignments.
