Sales Administrator

ROLE

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team in developing high-quality proposals, conducting prospect research, and driving sales outreach. This is an internally facing role, but the materials you create will be presented to senior decision-makers at multi-million-dollar organizations.

You’ll need to combine strong attention to detail with strategic thinking, understanding a prospect’s goals and helping translate those goals into clear, compelling recommendations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, has a strong understanding of digital marketing, and can take initiative in a fast-paced and growing sales environment. You’ll receive training on our processes and tools, but we’re looking for someone who can think critically, work independently, and continually find ways to make our sales efforts more effective.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create high-quality sales materials and proposals for the Client Solutions Manager, including analysis of prospective clients’ websites and digital presence and recommendations for their strategy
• Research prospective clients and develop insights that can inform sales proposals and outreach
• Draft polished, executive-level follow-up communications to prospects in the style and tone of senior US-based team members
• Conduct research and outreach at scale to qualified prospects on behalf of the Client Solutions Manager and President
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Client Solutions Manager as needed
• Own conference preparation, including prospect research, outreach, and other pre-conference activities
• Support conference follow-up and continued prospect engagement as needed
• Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, leverage tools, and make outreach and proposal development more efficient and effective
• Take on additional responsibilities and projects as the sales team grows and evolves

SETUP

• This is a work-from-home setup
• Target of 42.5 billable hours per week
• Generally works a night shift schedule/U.S. Eastern Time (EST/ET) business hours

REQUIREMENTS

• Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role
• Exceptional English written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with senior US-based team members and prospective clients
• Able to understand business goals, analyze information, and turn insights into clear recommendations
• Interest or experience in digital marketing, sales, client services, or a related field
• Experience with HubSpot , Clay , or SE Ranking is a plus
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong academic background with an outstanding General Weighted Average
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to identify what needs to be done without waiting for direction
