Inside Sales Representative
Insight Global is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support a Fortune 1000 client in the automotive marketplace space. This role is ideal for a competitive, sales-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships, negotiating deals, and driving results.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate and close deals between buyers and sellers.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of active opportunities.
- Meet daily sales and performance goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Accurately track activity in CRM systems.
- Partner with leadership to review pipeline and performance.
Training & Development
- Structured onboarding program.
- Hands-on sales and negotiation training.
- Development in objection handling and relationship building.
- Expected ramp time: 4-5 months.
Performance Metrics
- Minimum expectation: 6 deals per day.
- Average performers: 10 deals per day.
- Top performers: 20+ deals per day.
Compensation
- $39,000 base salary.
- Commission earned per closed deal.
- First-year earnings potential: $60K+.
- Increased commission opportunities based on performance.
