Call Center Associate

REMOTE CALL CENTER AGENTS – UTILITY SUPPORT

PS2G is actively hiring individuals with strong customer service skills to support regulated utility programs. Candidates should be able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment, follow structured protocols, and ensure accurate data entry. What You Will Do

Answer inbound calls related to billing inquiries, payments, outages, and account updates
Accurately enter customer data into system records
Follow established procedures, scripts, and compliance standards
Assist customers with payment extensions and service options
Support queue coverage during high-volume periods

What You Bring

At least one year of customer service experience
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Ability to handle billing calculations and explain charges
Comfort working with systems, desktop tools, and customer data
Willingness to support extended hours during peak utility events

Bilingual Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply. What PS2G Provides
