Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Tallahassee, FL-32309 Duration: 12 Months Location of Work: Onsite Job Description: Customer Service Specialists needed to answer calls from Florida high school and college students concerning Florida scholarships and grants. On site interview required. Qualifications and Skills High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent. Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset. Comfortable using computers. Experience working with customer support (a plus). Experience in a professional work environment. Ability to speak and understand English. Must pass a level 2 screening background check, which includes fingerprinting for statewide criminal and juvenile records checks through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, federal criminal records checks through the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and may include local criminal records checks through local law enforcement agencies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
