Full time | Remote (must live in the Tullahoma / Middle Tennessee area)

Keys Dental Specialists is hiring a full time, remote Call Center Sales Representative to book appointments for our growing family of dental practices. You will spend your day on the phone turning new patient leads into booked appointments.

This is a work from home position, but it is not an "anywhere in the country" position. We want someone who lives in or near Tullahoma, Tennessee so we can meet in person for the interview, initial training, and periodic team meetings. The rest of the time, you will work from your home office.

What You Will Be Doing

Your core job is simple: get patients in the chair. That breaks down into a few kinds of work.

Outbound sales calls

• Make 50 to 100+ outbound calls per shift to new patient leads and existing patients with pending or unscheduled treatment
• Follow up on leads from our marketing campaigns and online booking requests
• Overcome common objections (cost, fear, timing, "I will think about it") with confidence and empathy
• Present our services, promotions, and financing options clearly
• Hit daily and weekly booking targets

Inbound calls and scheduling

• Answer inbound calls with professionalism and warmth
• Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently in our practice management system
• Confirm upcoming appointments and reschedule or cancel unconfirmed ones
• Move patients up when earlier openings become available

Patient follow through

• Collect new patient paperwork and insurance information at the time of booking
• Cross reference online bookings so every patient is followed up with, confirmed, and cared for until they show
• Coordinate with front office and clinical teams at each practice

Tracking

• Log calls, leads, follow ups, and booked appointments in our CRM and weekly tracking log
• Know your numbers and own them

You Will Do Well Here If You

• Have experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, collections, or SDR roles
• Understand that this is a numbers game and volume drives results
• Can keep your energy and quality up at 15+ calls per hour
• Are coachable and open to feedback
• Are dependable, on time, and able to stay productive without someone looking over your shoulder
• Listen well and pick up on how patients are feeling
• Can follow a proven call framework while still sounding like yourself
• Can multi-task and juggle switching up from one office to the next as each office is branded differently.

This Job Is Not For You If

• You describe yourself as "not a phone person"
• You are uncomfortable asking someone to take action
• You prefer slow paced, inbound only work
• The phrase "20 calls per hour" makes you nervous instead of excited

Requirements

• Live in or within reasonable driving distance of Tullahoma, Tennessee, and be available for occasional in person training and meetings
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in multiple computer systems at once; proficient with Microsoft Office
• Accurate data entry into patient records and scheduling systems
• Strong organization, time management, and problem solving skills
• A quiet home workspace, reliable high speed internet, computer, and a headset

Preferred

• Prior call center, customer service, or sales experience
• Experience with Dentrix or a similar dental scheduling system
• Bilingual English and Spanish

Schedule

Full time, Monday through Friday. Shifts fall between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm Central.
