Cybersecurity Manager

Seeking a strategic cybersecurity leader, the full-time Senior Manager of Threat Detection and Response will manage detection engineering, threat monitoring, and incident response coordination while working remotely to enhance security operations across the enterprise. Key responsibilities Lead and develop the cyber threat detection and response function, including analysts and incident responders Define and execute the roadmap for threat detection, alert tuning, and response process maturity Direct incident response activities for high-priority cybersecurity events, ensuring effective triage and recovery Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, focusing on threat detection and incident response 5+ years of experience managing technical security teams in a fast-paced environment Strong experience with security platforms such as SIEM, EDR/XDR, and cloud security tooling Deep understanding of attacker tactics, techniques, and incident response methodologies Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and MITRE ATT&CK
