This is anin-person, patient-facingrole.Candidates must have prior Primary Care or Urgent Care experience(please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement). What You’ll Do Provide primary and family evidence-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management plans Perform routine exams and support positive patient health outcomes Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and wellness Support chronic condition management, screenings, and preventive care Complete administrative clinic duties including opening/closing, inventory, patient follow-up, insurance verification/payment collection, and maintaining a clean environment Collaborate with a clinical care team to drive quality outcomes Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year recent experienceas an NP inPrimary Care / Family Medicine / Urgent Care Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Ohio(active, in good standing,no current or prior disciplinary actions) Master’s degreefrom an FNP program +current National Board Certification Current BLS(AHA or ARC) Must be willing to completefingerprinting DEA registration application may be required during onboarding Comfortable working in asafety-sensitiveenvironment Schedule / Hours Clinic hours include:Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–8:00 PM,Sat 9:00 AM–2:00 PM,Sun 9:00 AM–2:00 PM Expectrotating shiftsandevery other weekend(possible holiday rotation) Benefits Medical benefits available to full-time employees after90 days 401(k) with company matchavailable after1 yearof service How to Apply (Important) Please send yourresumeand include answers to these required questions: Do you have1+ year recent Primary Care/Family Medicine/Urgent CareNP experience?
