Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements

• Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and professionalism among colleagues
