Lead Caregiver | CNA | HHA | PCA | $16–$18/hr

Locations: Waco, Hillsboro, Whitney & surrounding areas

Pay: $16–$18/hr | Flexible Schedule | On-Call Required | Bi-Weekly Pay | Urgently Hiring

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Caregiver, CNA, Personal Care Assistant (PCA), or Home Health Aide (HHA) who is ready to take the next step in their career and become an important part of our leadership team.

You’ll continue making a difference with clients while gaining hands-on experience in leadership, caregiver mentoring, training, scheduling, quality assurance, and office operations . Your Role

As a Lead Caregiver, you will:

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one client care as needed
• Assist with caregiver scheduling and shift coverage
• Help onboard, train, and support new caregivers
• Serve as a resource for caregivers in the field
• Answer calls and assist with day-to-day office coordination
• Help maintain quality and consistency of client care
• Assist with urgent or last-minute coverage when needed
• Lead by example through professionalism, reliability, and strong communication

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of caregiving experience preferred , including experience as a Lead Caregiver, Caregiver, CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant/Aide, HHA, or PCA
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to balance field and office responsibilities
• Flexible availability, including on-call, nights, and weekends
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to meet applicable background check requirements
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual skills are a plus
