Now Hiring Evening Supervisors (RN or LPN)! 

• $10,000 sign-on bonus for LPN, $12,000 for RN!

Essential Functions of Nurse Supervisor (RN or LPN):

• Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing

• Oversees the nursing department in the absence of the DON

• Reviews staffing at the change of a shift and assigns and replaces staff to meet resident care needs. 

• Completes patient care rounds, and coordinates admissions, transfers, and discharges. 

• Assesses and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs

• Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders

• Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications

• Administers medications

• Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents

• Documents that treatment as required

• Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained in a safe manner

• The candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards

• Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications of Nurse Supervisor (RN or LPN) :

• Active RN or LPN license for the state of Missouri  

• Active CPR certification
