Key Responsibilities

• Deliver full-scope cardiology services.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and certified nurse midwives.
• Engage in both outpatient and inpatient care.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted California Medical License.
• Current DEA license.

Working Conditions

• Shared call schedule with a 4-to-5-day work week.
• Combination of outpatient and inpatient responsibilities.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary with an income guarantee, ranging from $553,615 to $625,261.
• This salary range represents the base compensation for full-time clinicians and does not include additional incentives or benefits. Adjustments may be made based on experience, training, community needs, and other factors.
• Residency stipend of $1,000 per month for residents who commit to employment for a maximum of 12 months.
• Eligibility for shareholder status after two years of service.
