Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to pediatric and neonatal patients on all shifts.
• Work 13 weekend shifts out of 26, focusing on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Float to different areas within clinical competency as needed.
• Attend to emergencies and assist in trauma cases as required.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to cover observed holidays during the contract.
• Comply with facility policies and adhere to RTO and floating requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Cardiopulmonary required.
• Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of Pediatric ICU experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of Neonatal ICU experience.
• Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP certifications required.
• Prior travel assignment experience essential.
