Responsibilities Warmly greet customers and make them feel at home from the moment they arrive Listen to what customers are looking for and match them with the right vehicles Lead engaging test drives and walk customers through vehicle features and specs Build genuine rapport and answer questions with enthusiasm and honesty Smoothly hand off warm, excited customers to the sales manager when they’re ready to talk numbers Who We’re Looking For Sales experience not required but preferred Natural ability to greet customers professionally and make them feel welcome Genuine interest in vehicles and working knowledge of automotive features and specs Consistent, professional demeanor in every customer interaction Reliable, coach-able, and committed to following established processes Valid driver's license and clean driving record We are an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
