Part-Time Real Estate Marketing Manager

Wilmington, NC | Approximately 30 Hours/Week

Sherwood Strickland Group is seeking a creative, organized Marketing Manager to support the marketing needs of our established Wilmington-area real estate team.

This approximately 30-hour-per-week position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of social media, content creation, graphic design, video and real estate marketing. You'll work within an established marketing strategy while bringing creativity and fresh ideas to our team and listings.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and schedule social media content, including posts, Stories and Reels
• Create marketing materials for new, active and sold listings
• Capture and edit property video and drone content
• Design graphics, listing presentations, property brochures and digital materials
• Complete property and team website updates/maintenance
• Create email newsletters and local real estate/lifestyle content
• Maintain consistent branding across print and digital marketing
• Help coordinate occasional client events and community engagement

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is creative, organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working independently. Strong writing and communication skills, an eye for design and familiarity with social media and short-form video are important.3

Experience with Canva, CapCut, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Google Ads, YouTube or similar platforms is a plus. Real estate marketing experience is helpful but not required.

Schedule: Approximately 30 hours per week with some flexibility. Because property content and other marketing activities take place on location, this is not a fully remote position.
