The Construction Project Manager will lead industrial facility, infrastructure, and public works projects from planning through completion. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, this role will coordinate a cross-functional matrix team, maintain project schedules and documentation using Procore and Microsoft Project, and conduct weekly site visits to support safe, efficient project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate construction projects across industrial, infrastructure, and public works environments.
• Manage project schedules and maintain schedule control using Microsoft Project.
• Coordinate subcontractors and cross-functional matrix project teams.
• Monitor and promote compliance with construction safety requirements.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation in Procore.
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct weekly site visits to monitor project progress and coordination.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Five or more years of construction project management experience.
• Experience with scheduling software, including Microsoft Project.
• Blueprint reading skills.
• Contract management experience.
• Budget forecasting experience.
• Knowledge of construction safety practices.
• Negotiation skills.
• Leadership experience.
