Medical Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a Medical Assistant to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with pharmacies and patients
Escort patients to exam rooms
Document in electronic medical record the patient's vitals, medications, and questions as required by Medicare.

Qualifications:

Previous experience working as a Medical Assistant
Bilingual- English/Spanish
Familiarity with medical terminology
Strong organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Must have previous experience working with electronic medical records
Phlebotomy experience preferred but not required.
