Join an established and respected outpatient surgical center in the beautiful Hollywood Hills area of South Florida as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). This is an exceptional full-time opportunity offering competitive compensation ranging from $225,000 to $235,000 annually, plus performance bonuses, with a Monday-Friday schedule and no call requirements. Job Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for outpatient surgical procedures in a state-of-the-art facility
• Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
• Monitor patients throughout surgical procedures and manage anesthesia delivery
• Provide post-anesthesia care and patient education
• Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and surgical team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and anesthesia records in compliance with regulatory standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
• Work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM schedule

Job Requirements

• Current and valid CRNA license in good standing
• Eligibility for Florida state credentialing and licensure
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia educational program
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Outpatient surgery center experience preferred
• Gastroenterology (GI) anesthesia experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care delivery
