Job Summary:
An Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) position is available in Seaside, Oregon. The role involves working in a Critical Access facility and requires the ability to float between units as needed. Candidates are expected to demonstrate strong clinical skills pertinent to emergency nursing and have a minimum of three years of experience, including community hospital experience. Applicants are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Seaside, Oregon
• Start Date: 07/20/2026
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Trauma Nursing Certification (TNCC); a valid Oregon license; 3 years of ER experience, including community hospital experience; proficiency in charting with Epic EMR system; valid drivers license and vehicle required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing arterial lines, ventilated patients, central lines, and procedural sedation; knowledge of ICU and trauma patient care; familiarity with interpretation of arterial blood gases and dysrhythmias.
• Additional Information: The role involves rapid response to trauma and emergency cases, including gunshot wounds, head injury, and neuro-trauma. Flexibility to float between hospital units and sister facilities is required. Candidate must have reliable transportation and be prepared to work holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, and New Years Day.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must indicate if they have previously worked at a similar facility as a permanent employee, traveler, or per diem. Two references covering one year (or six months for CNAs) within the last three years are required, as well as verification of necessary vaccinations.
