Greystar is seeking a leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across our communities in Texas. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases, ensuring move-in readiness and high occupancy. You will monitor market conditions, implement marketing plans, and use on-site software to track traffic, leasing activity, and resident data.
