About the Role We are hiring Healthcare Security Officers to work at medical facilities in the Bluffton and Hilton Head Island, SC area. You will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, and medical staff. This position requires a professional, composed individual who can handle sensitive situations with discretion and respond quickly when needed. We are hiring across all shifts — day, evening, and overnight. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. What You'll Do Provide security coverage at assigned medical facilities Monitor and control access to buildings and restricted areas Conduct interior and exterior patrols of the facility and grounds Respond to emergency situations, disturbances, and code calls Assist medical staff with patient safety situations as needed Monitor security cameras and alarm systems Enforce facility policies and visitor management procedures Document all activity, incidents, and observations in daily reports Serve as a visible, approachable security presence for patients, families, and staff Schedule Multiple shifts available: Day shift Evening shift Overnight shift Both full-time and part-time schedules are available. Specific shift times and days will be discussed during the interview process. Weekend and holiday availability is required.
