Program Analyst

Project AnalystAnsible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently recruiting Project Analyst to support the White River Junction VA Medical Center located at 163 Veterans Drive, White River Junction, VT 05001. To address these challenges, we employ intelligent and committed staff who take care of our customers' success as if it is their own.Responsibilities:Manage documentation, summaries, reports, and correspondence.Coordinate scheduling, meetings, training, and operations across VA sites.Provide bi-weekly updates and monthly status reports to CCPI.Maintain team communication across VA stakeholders.Support quality assurance, process improvements, and required reporting.Oversee training compliance and deliverable timelines.Qualifications:BA/BS degree.Minimum 3 years professional experience (medical/federal contracting preferred).Experience managing contract performance and reporting.Strong project management, communication, and Microsoft 365 skills.Experience in healthcare or dental environments preferred.All candidates must be able to:Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shiftLift up to 50 lbs from floor to waistLift up to 20 lbsCarry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distancePush/pull with 30 lbs of forceAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
