Technical Support Engineer II

Repligen seeks a Technical Support Engineer II to provide technical assistance to customers and internal teams using bioprocessing products. The role involves troubleshooting equipment and software issues, managing support cases, and collaborating across functions to resolve technical inquiries and improve customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams via multiple communication channels for hardware, software, and process-related inquiries
- Develop and maintain expertise in Repligen's product portfolio, bioprocessing applications, and operating software systems
- Manage and document support cases in Salesforce, including troubleshooting steps, findings, and resolution details
- Collaborate with field service, product management, engineering, and sales teams to resolve complex issues and communicate product feedback
- Assist in creating, reviewing, and updating technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge articles
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in bioengineering, biotechnology, chemistry, life sciences, or engineering
- Minimum 3 years supporting bioprocessing equipment or biopharmaceutical manufacturing operations
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues using structured, logical approaches
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems for case management
- Experience creating and updating technical documentation such as SOPs and manuals
- Fluency in English; willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits
