Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Massachusetts
• Current CPR certification
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
• Bachelor's Degree

Assignment Details

• Monday - Friday 8-4:30
• Weekend and on-call requirement applies
• Coverage area includes Chestnut Hill, Newton, Roxbury, Jamaica Plain, West Roxbury, Hyde Park, and Mattapan
• Travel throughout the full service area is required according to patient needs
