Compressor Operator

We need a compressor operator to keep our gas compressors running smooth. This is up to a 12-month+ assignment and Candidates must live within 75 miles of Tilden.

Pay is $40-$44/hour DOE, with a solid benefits package including 401K, holidays, and PTO. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to work, this is your chance to get in on the action.

What you'll do:

• Run daily gas compressor operations
• Keep equipment running efficiently and troubleshoot issues
• Handle on-call duties and maintain operational reports
• Work closely with foremen, mechanics, and lease operators
• Help with basic repairs and mechanical problems when needed

What we need from you:

• 2-3 years of mechanical or oilfield work experience preferred
• Prior compressor gas lift operations experience preferred
• Experience with gas lift compressors a plus
• Familiar with CAT 3500/3600 or Ariel compressors is a big bonus
• Strong mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must live within 75 miles of Tilden, TX

Nice to have:

• Experience with compressor repairs
• Knowledge of oilfield safety rules
• Willing to perform on-call shifts and occasional travel
