Responsibilities Physical Therapist – In‑facility, reporting to the Director of Rehab. Assess patient needs. Develop individualized recovery plans. Deliver physical therapy services. Educate patients and caregivers on independence and productivity. Collaborate with peers; refer patients as needed. Adapt to patient needs and work settings. As a Physical Therapist, you help patients regain their power. You are a healer, a helper, and a teacher who trains patients and caregivers. You are adept at addressing the whole patient as an individual, designing programs that restore and enhance physical abilities. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master's degree in Physical Therapy. Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. For degrees earned outside the U.S., evaluation to U.S. equivalent required. Compensation Salary: USD $38.00 – $50.00 per hour. Bonus: USD $10,000.00. #J-18808-Ljbffr Powerbackrehabtoyou
