Here's the reality: This isn't a traditional assisting role. You won't be chairside with the doctor. You'll lead the diagnostics process, support hygiene care, manage patient flow, and help drive the daily clinical operations of your studio. You'll take X-rays, run 3D scans, manage charting, and be the person who keeps the clinical engine running. At Wally, dental assistants are essential to how care gets delivered, not an afterthought.
