GNC Engineer

To support the development of cutting-edge aerospace technology, the fully remote GNC Engineer II will design, develop, and validate GNC algorithms and flight software for spacecraft and aerial vehicle platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the engineering lifecycle. Key responsibilities Design and develop GNC algorithms for attitude and orbit control, and implement flight control algorithms onto hardware Conduct spacecraft dynamics analysis and simulations to evaluate system performance and define fault detection strategies Develop and execute test plans for GNC systems, supporting flight test operations and analyzing telemetry data for anomaly resolution Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline 2+ years of professional experience in GNC, spacecraft dynamics, or flight testing Strong knowledge of orbital mechanics and control theory Proficiency in programming tools such as C/C++, MATLAB, and Python Familiarity with GNC hardware components and simulation tools like MATLAB/Simulink
