Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
- Perform routine nursing assessments, monitor patient status, and document findings promptly.
- Deliver basic care, assist with activities of daily living as appropriate, and respond to changes in patient condition.
- Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other health care team members to develop and update care plans.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the charting system and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and security protocols specific to a corrections environment; respond to emergencies per established procedures.

Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing for the state of practice
- Ability to work an evening shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
- Demonstrated ability to perform accurate nurse assessments and documentation
- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Comfort working in a corrections setting and following facility policies
- Willingness to participate in credentialing and routine onboarding requirements for travel assignments
